We support up to 4 spot colors (PMS matching) for printing. Material options include virgin pulp, recycled fiber, and bamboo blend, available in white, natural, kraft, and dyed pastel shades.
What type of tissue material do you use?
We use 100% virgin wood pulp, recycled food-grade fiber, and FSC-certified bamboo blends – all with a soft, 2‑ply or 3‑ply construction.
Are they environmentally friendly?
Absolutely. Our napkins are biodegradable, compostable, and made with chlorine-free bleaching . Recycled and bamboo options are also available for lower carbon footprint.
What is the production lead time for bulk orders?
Standard production takes 15–20 business days after artwork approval. For very large orders (over 500,000 pcs), please allow 25–30 days.

For everyday dining, we recommend 40×40 cm (dinner napkin) or 33×33 cm (lunch napkin). For fast food/cafés, 25×25 cm works well.

What is your return and exchange policy?
Because these are custom‑made products, we do not accept returns for change‑of‑mind. However, we accept exchanges or reprints only for verified quality issues – claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/video evidence.
